Arete Solicitors is a boutique law firm that combines Tax, Finance, Commercial and Dispute Resolution expertise to provide solutions to complex legal problems of our clients at competitive rates. Prior to setting up the firm, each of the partners had worked with prominent law firms in the city with a combined experience of 30 years, we are not only legal advisors. We ensure that we effectively market your brand and our brand wherever we find ourselves.

To achieve the above objective, we ensure that we understand our clients’ businesses to enable us to provide tailor-made and bespoke solutions to their problems. We also recommend potential businesses we discover in the course of our legal work to our clients.
Our goal is to change the paradigm of corporate law practice in Ghana by providing clients with a considerable amount of partner time on each transaction, at the most affordable rates in the country.
